This is an illustrated book of the Bible in Vulgate. There are 105 lithographs from original gouaches. The Biblia Sacra was published in 1969 by Rizzoli of Rome. The lithographs are on handmade paper, signed in the block, and have the Dali signature in watermark. The prints extend to the margin and the paper size is 19 x 13 3/4". The total tirage for the Biblia Sacra is 1677 plus proofs and this is number LXXXIV of XCIX numbered copies from the "Magni Luxus" edition.

This set includes the original prospectus (glossy, several pages in Italian, with an additional plate (#18)), and a certificate of authenticity numbered and signed by the publisher. The works are uncut in the publisher's green crushed morocco case, gilt paneled spines with raised bands enclosing floral designs of inlaid morocco in various colors with inner gilt dentelles, watered silk endpapers, and the slipcases are covered with watered silk with morocco ends. There is fading and minor wear to the spines, and minor fading to the slipcases. Available
